Swan River Classic Paddle

MOCA OC6 crew in Pai Naia
Well done to all MOCA paddlers that competed in yesterday's Bridge to Bridge!! One MOCA OC6 team getting pipped at the post (or rather the sand bar!) by a Cottesloe crew and the other OC6 team, rather than getting pipped at the post actually HIT the post, but still had a strong race nearly catching another Cott crew! Kat had an awesome race coming second in her category. Darren doing a fantastic job on his ski. In other ski results Adam did great finishing 19th overall and more importantly 2 spots in front of his arch nemesis Mark. Rookie had a good paddle splitting Lindsay and Chris who paddled well finishing 3rd and 4th in the +45 division.

A big thanks also to our MOCA shore crew of Helen, Ev, Simon and Tom who shuffled cars and helped out at the portage, couldn't have done it without you guys.

Check out some OC6 photos of the race taken by Chris's wife here.

Our next event is the Bay 2 Beach on the 27th November.
